1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip price is required to secure your place.

The full balance payment is due 60 days before trip departure.

Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Cancellations by the guest:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to help@whatsyourescapeplan.com

Refunds vary based on time to trip:

• More than 90 days before departure: loss of deposit only.
• Between 60–90 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost is forfeited.
• Less than 60 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost is forfeited.
  

2.2 Cancellations by Escape Plan Travel Ltd:

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to low enrollment, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events.

In this case, you will receive a full refund of payments made, excluding any personal expenses (e.g. flights booked by you).

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal belongings, and adventure activities.

Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to departure.

4. Health & Fitness Requirements

Our trips involve physical activities such as hiking, swimming, yoga, and outdoor exploration.

You are responsible for assessing your fitness level and consulting your doctor if necessary.

By booking, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in the trip. Please reach out to info@whatsyourescapeplan.com if in any doubt.

5. Responsibility & Liability

Participation in the trip is at your own risk.

Escape Plan Travel Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from any cause during the program.

We are not responsible for personal property or personal medical care.

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary as necessary due to weather, operational needs, or safety concerns.

Any changes will be made in the spirit of maintaining the quality and experience of the trip.

7. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to outdoor activities, transportation, natural disasters, and interactions with wildlife.

By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Escape Plan Travel Ltd from all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other travelers, guides, local communities, and the environment.

Disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the trip without refund and/or expulsion from the members community.

9. Photography & Media

By participating, you grant Escape Plan Travel Ltd permission to use photographs and video footage taken during the trip for promotional purposes.

You may reach out to help@whatsyourescapeplan.com before departure to request an exception. Requests will be considered on an individual basis.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

When you complete your booking, you accept these terms and any other terms that you're provided with during the booking process.
